Cheramy Builders remodeled our dated master bath and kitchen. Lou’s experience and knowledge were invaluable during project planning, saving us time and cost. Our 40-year-old house, with its boxy rooms and low ceilings, was skillfully transformed into artful, contemporary space. Cheramy Builders took on our engineering and architectural challenges with confidence and provided master craftsmanship that adds value to our home as well as to our way of life!
After we finally found just the right Old Victorian to renovate, Cheramy Builders coordinated all the steps for the project — from roof to windows to re-plastering and a newly built master bath. Lou and his crew were particularly innovative with the redesign of interior areas and installing new windows. We are very happy that the nine-foot pocket doors are functioning again after being hidden away for decades. The house has been lastingly refurbished and retains all the charms of a Grand Old House.
Five projects in two different homes over six years. We love Cheramy Builders! Our most recent project was a major custom renovation and expansion of a home we bought. It required additions on two sides and on all three floors as well as a kitchen relocation. Lou Cheramy and his team helped build our dream home. Working with our plans and wish list, Lou offered several ideas of his own that we then implemented. These design touches continue to delight us and impress our visitors. Lou wants to do what makes solid sense and to do it right the first time. His reputation for quality work is clear among his colleagues, too. We will continue to work with Cheramy Builders until we run out of stuff to do!
Building our house was one of the most exciting adventures I have ever had. It was a joy to work with Lou and our home still is the perfect place for our family.
