Cheramy Builders has always been personal. Our family name is on the business, and that comes with a responsibility to the homeowners, partners and trades who put their trust in us. Today, two generations work side by side, each bringing a different perspective to the company and the homes we build.
Long before Cheramy Builders became a family business, it was simply Lou doing what he loved: building things the right way. Nearly five decades later, his curiosity, craftsmanship, and commitment to doing right by people still shape every decision the company makes. His experience isn’t just part of Cheramy’s history. It’s the foundation it’s built on.
Growing up on job sites, Peter learned firsthand the values that have guided Cheramy Builders from the very beginning: thoughtful planning, quality craftsmanship, and doing right by people. Today, he carries those principles forward, bringing a strong eye for drafting, plan development, and selections to each home. His clear communication and collaborative approach help homeowners work through the details and make thoughtful decisions about how their home will come together.
Donna has experienced the building process from every angle, having built four custom homes of her own. She keeps communication, scheduling, and the countless moving pieces running smoothly so every homeowner feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the journey.
Beth keeps the financial side of Cheramy Builders running with the same care and attention that’s defined the family business for decades. Beyond the numbers, she brings warmth, encouragement, and family pride to everything she does. Whether she’s spending time with her grandchildren or supporting the team, she helps make Cheramy feel like family.
Growing up with Cheramy Builders, Kaitlin learned early that the business was never just about building homes. It was about building trust. After nearly 20 years in marketing and communications, she returned to the family business to help preserve and share the knowledge, relationships, and craftsmanship that have defined Cheramy Builders for generations. Now building her own Cheramy home, she brings both a lifelong connection and a firsthand perspective to every homeowner’s journey.
